I know of a few more titles but they're honestly so awful I wouldn't recommend them at all. It's super cute and wholesome so I'm bummed the translation stopped so early.
There's a webtoon called "Teenage Mother" or something that I think is Thai, and there's no official English translation, and fan translations stopped at like chapter 30 (out of like 200 or something), but it's about a girl who discovers she pregnant right after graduating high school and decides to keep it entirely a secret so she doesn't ruin her boyfriend's future (since he'd be obligated to drop out of college to care for her, she thinks). I love that the omega in it is really snotty and combative and not some wilting, gentle, embarrassed flower who just happens to have a penis.
"Love Is an Illusion" as well, although it's Omegaverse so it's mpreg. Que Sera Sera and Positively Yours as mentioned below are great.
